#HeadwatersScienceCenter is a small but sweet addition to the #mnbucketlist. Located in #downtown #Bemidji, it’s a pretty unique find for the quintessential '#upnorth' feel an outsider would expect. Filled with self-guided, hands on #exhibits, the #science center has lots of fun little things to keep you busy. From Oswald the #Owl asleep upstairs and the extra friendly #tilapia to Sulky the #Turtle walking around the place – #animal lovers will most certainly get their fix. They also have #bunnies, #birds, #tropicalfish, exhibits of #skeletons, a station that teaches basic #anatomy, a bubble wall and even a shadow room. It was a nice break from the #Minnesota #summer heat that will soon be leaving us.
