The Good Day Café and Bad Day Bar has one of the best marquees in Minnesota, reminiscent of early movie theaters like the Rex in Chaska, Central in Ely, Mann in Hopkins and the Le Sueur Theater. With a setting that is nothing short of inviting, warm and modern, it’s become my go-to for treating some of my favorite people. They have the best breakfast (and toast too!). Even though it’s always super packed, it’s worth the wait for the all-American fun ambiance. They have outdoor seating in the summer and plenty of baked goods and desserts you can take home.
