Since it IS Mother’s Day (Happy Mother’s Day all you beautiful Mama’s and Nana’s), I thought, what better way to #celebrate than to walk you through a place with flowers.
This #mnbucketlist-er is chock full of so much that a slideshow was the only option. This is the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum that operates with the U of M. It’s a big enclosure that is home to trees, cedar trails, waterfalls, ponds, bridges, wildlife and gardens. Simply stunning. The grounds are really well maintained and you’ll even find sculptures scattered throughout. Whether you are a hiker, walker, birdwatcher, gardener or just a lover of the outdoors – this is a place for you. They have free admission every third Thursday after 4:30pm from April through October.
STAY TUNED: Keep your calendars open for May 21st, I’ll be posting an event tomorrow that you won’t want to miss!
