Brandon and I have been friends for over 20 years. One of the hallmarks of our relationship is that no matter where life has taken either of us, we pick up right where we left off and almost always over a plate of copious amounts of food, whether it be tin can nachos or a gooey pizza.
When finding our next place to spend a few hours connecting and reminiscing, we happened upon the Tipsy Steer.
Always willing to follow an adventure, B agreed and we headed to the Blaine location.
The Tipsy Steer is a managed kitchen that has additional locations in Roseville and Minneapolis. However, Blaine is unique in that it serves patrons of the Invictus Brewing Co taproom. The main room is an Oktoberfest-style beer hall that allows you to see the exposed brewing equipment and décor. We sat at the bar and found our way through brick oven pizza, pasta, and burgers.
We even shared a Carnival-inspired shake, complete with vanilla ice cream and topped with confetti sprinkles, cookies, and cotton candy.
A saccharin paradise in a cup, if there ever was one!
Tipsy is also famous for its street-style tacos and bacon lollipops, though we were too full to even attempt to try them. All around, highly recommend it.
Have you ever been to Tipsy Steer?
