If you’ve ever spent much time in Walker, I’m fairly certain that you’ve passed by (or even been a patron of) the Outdoorsman Cafe. A landmark most known for their hashbrowns, the cafe is exactly what you would expect from an old-fashioned, small-town albeit greasy spoon diner. I have the utmost respect and love for traditions, especially those that include breakfast and complimentary coffee. Eggs Benedict, blueberry pancakes, biscuits and gravy, don’t even get me started on the caramel rolls.  If you are planning on stopping by, make sure you come hungry. I should warn, they get very busy so  expect a wait – but it’ll be worth it.
