Up next on the #mnbucketlist was recommended (and hosted) by Rebecca (@minneapple) because it’s one of her favorite places. Quang Restaurant is an authentic Vietnamese eatery that is family-owned. It’s right off Nicollet and was jam-packed with people. Opened in 1989, they have a pretty extensive menu. Everyone tried something different, I myself had the Hu Tieu Chay (it’s a combination of broccoli, bok choy, tofu, mushrooms and carrots over clear noodles). It’s the kind of place that people either love or hate, I’ve noticed. There are some die-hard Pho fans out there. As someone who hasn’t had much Vietnamese food, jury is still out for me. Have you been here, your thoughts?
