I love foodies, let me rephrase, I love my friends and specifically those that are foodies. Last night, made me #fallinlove with them a little more as we crossed off #Piccolo from the #mnbucketlist. Just, wow. With unbelievable hospitality, outstanding service (Xan, if you want to request the best), exceptional plating and the prettiest #menu I ever did see, it’s definitely one of my top three to try in #Minnesota. They made four stars in the @StarTribune, Best New #Restaurant in the @CityPages and just celebrated their five year anniversary – all while buried in a #neighborhood off #Bryant in #Minneapolis. Honestly, I can’t praise them enough. Although they had #seaurchin, #Arcticchar, #beeftongue and #octopus, the ladies favorites of the night were the #chamomile #spongecake with #mango #sorbet, macerated #blackberries and #carrot, and the fried #fig tart with #fennel jam #pistachios and epoisses cheese. And a little fun fact, #AnthonyBourdain’s signature hangs in their water closet.
