If you love worn vinyl, live music, and an infusion of caffeine, look no further than the Payne Phalen neighborhood gem, Caydence Records & Coffee.
The coffeehouse-meets-record shop is in the Eastside of St Paul, on the corner of Payne and York.
Serving up St Paul’s own Bootstrap Coffee Roasters and other fun, creative, specialty beverages like Outlaw Romano (espresso shot, lemon zest, and vanilla sugar), Dont Tella Soul (cold brew, Nutella, cream, almond milk, whipped cream, whiskey cherries, and candied peanuts), and Hotline Bling (spicy vanilla cappuccino served with whipped cream and a vanilla cookie)!

Not to be missed, Caydence also has SugaRush bakery variety donuts and several of Haute Chocolate options making it the perfect atmosphere to grab a table and stay a while.

What sets Caydence apart from any other coffee shop?

The beautifully curated, fresh selection of used and new vinyl records, cd’s and cassettes – a vinyl lovers paradise.

There is also a backroom venue for live performances.

Recent acts include Miloe, In Lieu, Meese, Partition, Rhombs, Absence of Marbles, Oh Hi Oh, Figure it Out, Dominic Cudd and even stand-up comedy.
