Brigitte’s Café in St Cloud in is a bit of a dive, but so worth it. If you’ve ever been here, you might remember Brigitte Olson (the lady in the caricature on the menu!) who was famous for her big, huge earrings – she has since passed away but Brigitte’s is still very much hers. Full of her persona and particular touches. With quick service, generous breakfast helpings and full of regular customers, it’s a great place to make a tradition.
