Today is my Mom’s birthday and we have a bit of a tradition, we have to have Pasta at Tucci Benucch (it’s on the ground floor at the Mall Of America). My birthday always includes Mill Valley Kitchen or Luna Rossa, hers is Tucci. We shared marinated olives, hand pulled mozzarella and the best carbonara! And we didn’t skimp on the dessert either. Tucci has the best tiramisu and #cheesecake! Top it off with a Peach Bellini and a sentimental gift, and it was the perfect evening. Happy Birthday Mom! (Don’t worry, you look great in the picture!)
