Next up on the bucket list is the Republic, 7Corners, a pub and eatery with two locations, Minneapolis off Hennepin Ave and West Bank near U of M. They host a ton of local beers an eclectic menu – including Cheese Curd Grilled Cheese (its really good!). It has nice branding but really awful service (hopefully it was just that day and just the Uptown location). The food was great, when it finally came, but I still don’t think it’s worth the trip. The place is also seat yourself, but it’s done in such an awkward way that if you aren’t noticed immediately, you’ll be forgotten for a half hour.
