Today is the MN Food Truck Fair in Uptown, where all of the cleverly named food trucks converge and stop traffic. I wish I could say that it’s worth the trip or the 50 minute wait in lines, but it’s not. Unfortunately it was ill planned. Hopefully they can work out the kinks for next year.
