Bello Cucina

During the Minnesota Governor’s Pheasant Hunting Opener, I fell in love with Bello Cucina in Marshall. Italian dining at its finest, Bello has six locations, Fergus, Marshall, Morris, Spicer, St. Joseph, and Alexandria. To be honest, I didn’t expect to find a place like this when I got into Marshall. I was very pleasantly surprised. The warm, fireplace ambiance paired well with the displays of olive oils, and balsamic vinegar. I really loved their take on Bruschetta. Adding roasted bell pepper cream cheese to toasted bread with fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, capers, red onion and olive oil. Mmmm, so good! The Pancetta also got rave reviews with crimini, shiitake, oyster, button and Portobello mushrooms in garlic and butter, tossed with fettuccine in alfredo sauce. Speaking of fettucini… The alfredo, wow! I’d come back for just that! Any favorite Italian places in you area?
