This past Saturday was another installment of the#mnbucketlistbrewerytour. With four breweries and a pizza stop, all during art-a-whirl, it was nothing short of crazy. The first was Nordeast’s very ownFair State Brewing Cooperative. Just off Central, Fair State’s branding boasts, “Drink Like You Own The Place”, a nod to their transformative platform of being a coop, a place where you can actually be a member and have membership benefits.
