Next up on the #mnbucketlist is CoV in downtown Wayzata. It is the perfect Nantucket meets North Carolina lakeside coastal venue. It’s just off Lake Minnetonka and is already known it’s seafood creations. Since I’m not a fish and crustacean #connoisseur, I had the tempura broccoli with candied red chili glaze and the avocado bruschetta with basil pesto and #heirloom tomatoes, drizzled with malted balsamic… Absolutely impeccable plating and the food, delectable.
