Muskie Waters Co. is one of those favorite stops you can’t wait to make when you are in the Northwoods.
Located just off the Heartland bike trail in Nevis, on Highway 34, between Walker and Park Rapids, it is well worth the stop and I’ll tell you why.
Coffee and espresso cafe, check. Candy store, check.
Apparel boutique and ice cream shop, check and check!
As a frequenter of the area, Muskie Waters is my go-to place for caffeine, sugar, and hometown mementos.
It is also the place I take out-of-town guests after stopping to get a picture in front of the World’s Largest Tiger Muskie (so worth it!).
Abundant in refreshment and nutriment, you’ll find all kinds of coffee and espresso masterpieces, ice cream creations, baked goods, gourmet chocolates, and bulk candy.
Rolls, scones, muffins, coffee cakes, brownies, cookies, galore.
They also have more savory sustenance like fresh sandwiches, wraps, and daily soup.
There are also specialty gifts, T-shirts, sweatshirts, kids clothes, toys, unique cabin décor, and souvenirs.
Whether you’re up camping, fishing, boating, biking the Heartland Trail, or just passing through, it’s a good place to catch your breath.
Fun fact: They have a sister-store (right across the street) called Shenanigans Family Fun & Old Time Photos where you can go play a round of mini-golf, water wars or get your picture taken at Shenanigan’s Old Time Photos.
