Broders in Minneapolis is a Italian Pasta Bar, a Terzo vino bar (wine bar) and a Pizza joint slash deli slash gourmet bakery and shop. It has kind of taken over the corner of Penn and 50th. Broders Pasta Bar is a crowded little place with a long wait, but is completely worth it. I highly recommend the marinated olives. The store (across the street) is divine and so are the desserts. Fun fact: The lamps in the pasta bar are made from pasta strainers!
